Our History
Cooper and Partners is the consulting division of Cooper Capital Investments, LLC, established in 2017 by Dr. Dariell Cooper, a U.S. military Veteran with a passion for service and a vision to help others build stronger organizations. Originally created to support small business owners and entrepreneurs, the firm quickly evolved as Dr. Cooper saw a deeper need: organizations doing meaningful work in their communities were often under-resourced, overwhelmed, or unsupported in making that work sustainable. Headquartered in Georgia and grounded in Biblical principles of stewardship and service, Cooper and Partners was built on values carried from military service—integrity, discipline, and excellence. What began as a business-minded consulting firm has grown into a trusted partner for nonprofits, schools, and government agencies focused on supporting at-risk youth, addressing homelessness, and improving access to quality education. Over the years, our team’s collective expertise has expanded across human resources, program and project management, customer and employee experience, leadership development, process improvement, and industry-specific strategies such as driver retention in transportation. Rather than chasing trends, we’ve stayed committed to one thing: helping mission-focused organizations improve how they operate so they can better fulfill the work they were called to do. That history continues to shape who we are today, serving the people who serve others.
